has any decisions been made to what happens to the removed board, how is it safely disposed of and what are the likely cost implications, and when will be given definate guidelines to resolve.if i remove board and have insulation resistance tests carries out on cable ect and reboard who signs off job and will new guidelines come out in six months ,which would mean the work ive carried out is non compliant and my property hard to sale in future? or do homeowners sit and wait in a potentially toxic enviroment along with the worry , which is also bad for youre health decisions need to be made and stop importing sub standard chinese products

Richard, any house you look at your going to have to have it inspected for Chinese Drywall. What we are seeing that it’s not the entire community just a large percentage. When you find a house that you like Google the community to see how widespread it is.

Is there a list of developments that were affected by Chinese Drywall in the Treasure Coast Area of So. Florida, Port St. Lucie, Ft. Myers, Ft. Pierce, Vero Beach, etc.
We need to move into that area, and are looking to purchase a home. We do NOT want to get involved in something as dangerous as this dry wall issue. Can you help?
